Petr Podrouzek has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer at IP Fabric, where he will focus on automating infrastructure for AI workloads. With over 15 years of experience leading technology teams across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, Podrouzek brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. His most recent position was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Emplifi, a customer engagement platform serving over 20,000 companies globally. His previous experience at Barclays has equipped him with valuable insights into enterprise technology and scalable architectures. IP Fabric offers an automated network assurance platform utilised by organisations such as Red Hat, Major League Baseball, and Air France. As demand for resilient, AI-ready networks grows, Podrouzek’s appointment is expected to accelerate the company’s development and expansion efforts.

Podrouzek’s leadership philosophy emphasises delivering customer value through technical excellence and thorough execution. He prioritises hiring top talent and fostering transparent communication to ensure alignment within the engineering organisation. Following the recent releases of IP Fabric 7.0 and 7.2, which introduced enhancements like multi-cloud visibility and improved assurance for AI-driven workflows, the company anticipates a faster pace of new product capabilities under Podrouzek’s guidance.
