Fortinet Boosts Forecast as Quarterly Revenue Reaches USD $1.63 Billion

Fortinet has reported impressive financial results for the second quarter ending 30 June 2025, showcasing a 14 per cent year-on-year revenue increase to USD $1.63 billion. The company also raised its full-year billings outlook by USD $100 million, reflecting strong business momentum. Billings for the quarter reached USD $1.78 billion, marking a 15 per cent increase compared to the same period last year. Notable growth was observed in key areas, with Unified Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) rising by 22 per cent and Security Operations ARR increasing by 35 per cent. Fortinet reported a GAAP operating margin of 28 per cent and a non-GAAP operating margin of 33 per cent for the quarter, underscoring its robust financial health.

In addition to its financial achievements, Fortinet received significant industry recognition, being named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for SASE Platforms. The company also secured the top position in the Critical Capabilities for SASE Platforms report for the Secure Branch Network Modernisation use case. Fortinet expanded its FortiCloud portfolio with three new integrated services: FortiIdentity, FortiDrive, and FortiConnect. Furthermore, it was acknowledged as the Overall Leader for the third consecutive year in the Westlands Advisory IT/OT Network Protection Platform Navigator 2025 report. With over 1,400 issued patents worldwide, including more than 500 related to artificial intelligence, Fortinet continues to demonstrate its commitment to innovation and leadership in network security.
