FICO Recognized as Leading Provider of Enterprise Fraud Solutions

FICO has been recognised as a category leader in enterprise fraud solutions for the fifth consecutive time by Chartis Research in its Enterprise and Payment Fraud Solutions 2025, Quadrant Update. The analytics software company excelled in three key areas: enterprise fraud solutions, payment fraud solutions, and fraud platforms. Chartis evaluated FICO’s offerings using its RiskTech Quadrant methodology, which assesses technology providers based on criteria such as analytics capabilities, workflow, case management, artificial intelligence (AI), and fraud detection techniques. The report highlights FICO’s strong market position, particularly for its machine learning tools, adaptive behavioural profiling, and real-time anomaly detection. FICO’s AI-powered platform is noted for its ability to detect and mitigate complex fraud schemes across various payment channels, including card payments, real-time payments, Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments, and emerging digital channels.

The continued recognition underscores FICO’s commitment to integrating advanced AI and autonomous agent technologies into its products. Sid Dash, Chief Researcher at Chartis, remarked on FICO’s innovative approach, stating that the company is breaking new ground with the integration of generative and agentic AI into its fraud platform. This transformation allows intelligent agents to autonomously detect, explain, and act on emerging fraud scenarios, evolving the traditional fraud platform into a decision-making environment. Additionally, FICO’s strategic focus on building unified fraud platforms is increasingly vital for financial services, as it helps prevent criminals from exploiting vulnerabilities in disconnected systems. TJ Horan, Vice President of Product Management at FICO, emphasised that the future of fraud management lies in these integrated platforms, reflecting the company’s vision and roadmap for next-generation fraud solutions.
