Gallagher and Advancis collaborate to enhance security, providing improved control and flexibility.
Gallagher Security has formed a strategic partnership with Advancis to enhance security management across complex organisational environments. This collaboration integrates Gallagher Security’s access control platform, Command Centre, with Advancis’ open integration platform, WinGuard. The partnership aims to provide organisations with comprehensive and flexible security management tools by merging their technologies. WinGuard consolidates multiple security, building, and communication systems into a single interface, boasting over 550 adapter drivers for compatibility with various market systems. Command Centre manages essential security functions, including door control, alarms, and restricted zones. The integration allows organisations to achieve real-time state synchronisation and control of key access components through a secure, TLS-encrypted REST API connection.
The partnership reflects Gallagher’s commitment to building strategic alliances that enhance customer flexibility and control. Spencer Marshall, Executive Vice President – Europe at Gallagher Security, emphasises that Advancis’ open integration approach aligns with Gallagher’s dedication to interoperability, creating a powerful, tailored security ecosystem for end customers. Advancis, with over three decades of experience as an independent software house, is recognised for its vendor-neutral approach. The technical integration enables operators to monitor and control access functions across facilities, resulting in improved visibility, expedited alarm handling, and streamlined workflows. David Teppe, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Advancis, highlights that this collaboration ensures a reliable, future-ready integration that simplifies operations and strengthens security for customers.
