Intelo.ai and Fluent Commerce have joined forces to optimize AI-driven order management solutions, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Intelo.ai and Fluent Commerce have announced a strategic partnership to integrate artificial intelligence agents with Fluent Commerce’s order management platform. This collaboration aims to connect Intelo.ai’s AI-driven optimisation tools to Fluent Commerce’s Fluent Order Management system, enhancing efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction across fulfillment operations. The partnership focuses on four key areas: shipment consolidation, fulfillment distance optimisation, service level agreement (SLA) guardianship, and dynamic buffer curation.
The Shipment Consolidator Agent is designed to reduce split-shipment rates from approximately 17% to below 10%. It simulates optimal single-box fulfillment scenarios, identifying areas for improvement and generating actionable recommendations, such as repositioning inventory to avoid unnecessary splits. The Fulfilment Distance Optimiser Agent aims to minimise average shipping distances and associated carrier fees while maintaining delivery speed. It identifies products and locations with the highest distance penalties and suggests inventory adjustments. The SLA Guardian Agent proactively monitors fulfillment events in real-time to prevent late shipments, while the Dynamic Buffer Curator Agent fine-tunes inventory levels to balance supply with demand. Jeff Fish, Co-CEO at Intelo.ai, emphasised that this partnership represents a significant advancement in intelligent order management, providing businesses with real-time insights and automated capabilities to transform their fulfillment operations.
