Enhance your Pronto Xi by integrating IBM Watsonx AI tools to gain smarter ERP insights, ultimately improving your SEO performance.

Pronto Software has entered into a partnership with IBM Australia to integrate agentic AI capabilities into its Pronto Xi enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform through IBM’s watsonx suite. This collaboration aims to enhance Pronto Software’s AI infrastructure with tools that facilitate autonomous decision-making, predictive analytics, and workflow automation within the ERP environment. The integration of IBM watsonx.ai will enable Pronto Software to build, deploy, and manage AI-driven automation for business processes. By connecting with existing business software and accommodating various AI models, this integration is expected to reduce manual processes, accelerate decision-making, and improve overall business efficiency. Users of Pronto Xi, from warehouse managers to front office staff, will now be able to generate inventory and sales forecasts using natural language queries, a feature that was previously inaccessible to many without advanced technical skills.

Chad Gates, Managing Director of Pronto Software, emphasises that the initiative is designed to empower workers rather than replace them. He states that the goal is to enable more individuals within organisations to access and act on business intelligence. Pronto Software aims to collaborate with customers, particularly family-run, mid-sized businesses, to develop agentic AI that not only informs but also acts on information, thereby unlocking significant business value while ensuring security. The recent launch of the Pronto Software Virtual Assistant exemplifies this approach, providing instant, natural language responses about Pronto Xi and assisting users in resolving issues while maintaining privacy and data protection. Steven Windsor from Southern Cross Transport Equipment Group highlights the potential benefits of this technology for staff education and productivity, noting that it will empower employees to troubleshoot independently, thereby reducing reliance on support and enhancing overall productivity.
